Myofect Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind Myofect and want you to feel confident trying our bone broth protein. Because our products are ingestible, we have to follow strict safety standards on what we can accept back.


1. Overview

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • We cannot accept returns on any opened product.

  • To qualify for a refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be returned within 30 calendar days of the date it was delivered.

  • The product must be:

    • Unopened (factory seal intact)

    • Unused

    • In the original packaging and in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number, confirmation email, or receipt).

We do not accept returns if:

  • The pouch has been opened or unsealed

  • The product has been used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery

  • The return is requested more than 30 days after delivery


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used Myofect products

  • Products marked as final sale or promotional giveaways

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [support@myofect.com] (update with your real email) with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A brief reason for the return

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your product. Returns sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll email you to confirm we’ve received your item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (processing times vary by bank/credit card company).

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product is opened, used, or not in acceptable condition.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at [support@myofect.com] within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

In these cases, we’ll work with you to replace the item or provide an appropriate solution. If we request the item back, it may be returned even if opened (for quality review).


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please follow the return process (for eligible unopened product) and place a new order.
