2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship to:

  • United States: Contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii,

  • International: We do not ship outside the U.S.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

  • Order weight and/or order value

We may occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions. These are subject to change or cancellation at any time.


3. Estimated Delivery Times (Not Guaranteed)

Any delivery timeframe shown at checkout (e.g., “2–5 business days”) is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery date.

  • Once your package is handed to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), delivery timing is out of our control.

  • Myofect is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, incorrect addresses, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting an expedited option (if available) and ordering early.


4. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available for your chosen method).

  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

  • It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking and be available to receive the package.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, see Section 7.


5. Shipping Address & Customer Responsibility

Please carefully review your shipping address at checkout.

You are responsible for:

  • Entering a complete and accurate shipping address

  • Ensuring accessibility and safety for delivery

  • Collecting the package in a timely manner once delivered

Myofect is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Addresses deemed undeliverable by the carrier

  • Recipient not available to receive the package

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we may:

  • Offer to reship the order at your expense (including additional shipping fees), or

  • Refund the product cost minus original shipping charges, provided the product is eligible for resale (not damaged) and within our Return Policy.


6. Shipping Restrictions

Because our products are ingestible, we may restrict shipping to certain locations due to regulatory, logistical, or quality concerns.

  • Refuse shipment to any address

  • Cancel orders we believe are high risk or violate our policies

  • Limit quantities to any customer, household, or address


7. Lost, Stolen, or “Delivered” Packages

Once an order has been marked “delivered” by the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

Myofect is not liable for:

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received by you

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery

  • Packages left at mailrooms, front desks, parcel lockers, etc.

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend that you:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or mailroom.

  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.

  3. Contact the carrier directly (using your tracking number) to open a claim or locate the package.

While we are not obligated to replace lost or stolen packages, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a one-time courtesy discount or replacement. This is assessed case-by-case and is not guaranteed.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of:

    • The product

    • The packaging (including shipping box and packing materials)

    • Any visible damage

Once reviewed, we may, at our discretion and in accordance with our policies:

  • Replace the item,

  • Refund the product cost.

We may require you to return or safely dispose of the damaged item before a replacement or refund is issued.


9. International Shipping, Customs & Duties (If Applicable)

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

If your order has already been processed or shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled.

12. Non-Delivery Due to Customer Refusal

If you refuse delivery of a package (other than for visible shipping damage) or fail to pick it up from the carrier or pickup location:

  • The package may be returned to us.

  • Once received and inspected, we may refund the product cost minus original shipping charges and any return shipping or restocking fees, provided the product is in resellable condition and within policy timelines.

Because our products are ingestible, any product that returns in a compromised condition (opened, damaged, or otherwise not suitable for resale) may not be eligible for a refund.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myofect may interpret its policies in a manner that reasonably protects the safety of customers and the integrity of ingestible products, while also reasonably limiting its liability.
